Samuel E. Sawyer “Gene” - Founder & CEO, launched BOSS after working in land development and as a General Building Contractor for over 30 years. Gene has started several businesses and acquired invaluable experience in business development, the Waste to Energy, Solar and Energy Saving/Energy Management industries. Gene’s expertise will help make BOSS successful in a relatively short time. Gene was actively involved in “Thermal-Solar Design”, engineering and sales as the Commercial Sales Designer and Consultant for 5 years at Sun Systems Inc., located in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that, he had 20 plus years of managerial experience, including operating his own General Contracting and Development Company, Sawyer Construction. As CEO, Gene has day-to-day responsibilities for operations and overseeing the management team. Gene’s years of thermal solar design and sales experience along with his construction and managerial experience have proven invaluable in the successful operation of BOSS.
Sandra F. Sawyer “Sandi” – COO, has founded and operated several businesses including SDF Enterprises, Inc which held Outsourcing, General Building Contracting and Landscape Contracting companies. With an extensive background in administration, staffing & scheduling, bookkeeping and outsourcing, along with her management & HR skills, work planning, payroll, tax liabilities, inventory control and design and marketing skills, Sandi is of great value in training and in overseeing of day-to-day operations with primary emphasis on streamlining operations and implementing cost-saving alternatives.
John A Hasslacher "John" – Consulting CFO, John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Over the past 33 years, John has worked with hundreds of companies assisting with cash management, financial accounting, tax compliance, and developing strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. As BOSS’ management advisor, John provides tremendous support for management decisions, as well as broad experience and creativity. His abilities to see the present risks and opportunities behind the numbers enables him to act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive team providing a forward-looking vision for the firm; providing a roadmap that mobilizes executive leadership. John is the Principal at Hasslacher Tax & Financial LLC.
Glen L. Mumford “Glen” – Sales & Marketing Director, has a background in Client Relations and Project Development and has traveled extensively internationally and owns companies in Central America and the United States. With contacts positioned around the globe to help promote BOSS, he will be in Corporate Sales for the Dynamis WasteStation in the resort and marina industry where he has worked for 35+ years. Glen will introduce the larger waste destruction units to those local communities to use their waste for a stronger profit center while improving their quality of life with “green technology”.
Marc Coury “Marc” – Business Development, Marketing & Public Relations, has over 38 years’ experience in the fields of commercial aviation, travel, entertainment, health & wellness and technology. His expertise in these industries includes business development, management operations, marketing, public relations and investor relations. He also holds ownership in two multi-media companies specializing in Film and Television development, production, marketing and promotion. Marc will use his experience to enhance BOSS’ global exposure.
John Paparone “John” – Marine Sales, John’s background is in the technology of Bioremediation in the marine, industrial, food manufacturing, transportation and aircraft industries where he is known for his outstanding commitment to providing top-quality products and services. John’s knowledge of and reputation in the industry are beneficial in BOSS’ growing our services and branding in these areas.
Oscar Rene Garcia Suarez “Oscar” – Project Development Consultant for Domestic and International markets, has an expansive background in both Business Development and Operations. Oscar is cofounder of Global Environmental Concerns (GEC) and GEC LATAM.
Dr. Mitchell Roffer “Mitch” – Sales & Environmental Research Consultant, joined the BOSS Alliance team in the spring of 2019. Mitch has a scientific consulting company that focuses on fisheries oceanography and remote sensing along with environmental education and advocacy, as well as, sustainable alternative energy, waste disposal and bio-remediation solutions. Dr Roffer is also “Guest” faculty at the Florida Institute of Oceanography, Department of Ocean Engineering and Marine Science and has received significant national and international attention for the innovative oil oceanographic analyses products after the British Petroleum Deep Water Horizon explosion and oil spill, as well as, other pollution monitoring products after hurricanes, Katrina, Rita and Harvey. He has been an active member of NASA’s prestigious Biodiversity and Ecological Forecasting Science Team since 2003 and continues to advocate for clean water and air, healthy ecosystems and sustainable fisheries based on the best objective science while focusing on fisheries satellite oceanography and ecosystem-based decision making to ensure essential food security and biodiversity around the world. Mitch’s experience & knowledge are great assets for our BOSS Team.
Alliance Global Energy Solutions LLC (AGES), is a company owned and operated by BOSS’ CEO Samuel E. “Gene” Sawyer, COO Sandra F. Sawyer and our Marketing & Sales Director Glen L. Mumford. AGES is a Team Member providing BOSS’ Marketing & Sales Department, the Services Department and Project Development.
