November 2018
In mid-November, two members of our Team traveled to Central America where they joined members of the GEC team to meet with leaders, associations and decision makers of the Republic of Guatemala to discuss the needs for waste and energy solutions. After 17 meetings in 6 days, they returned with ideas for several possible projects. We are now in negotiations with a utility company and are looking forward to completion of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Additionally in November, BOSS entered a Joint Venture agreement with Rivers Fab and Welding, Inc. We look forward to this partnership with Rivers Fab and Welding in the manufacturing of energy generation and energy solutions equipment.
October 2018
BOSS entered a Joint Venture agreement with Global Energy Concerns LLC/LATMA GEC, an established company in Central America, for future ventures in Guatemala and opportunities in all of Central and South America. We look forward to working in partnership with them in these rapidly developing markets.
August 2018
BOSS is excited about our recent move to Yarnell, Arizona and are now settled in. We have located several excellent locations in Central Florida for a suitable setting for our Operational/Demonstration Facility. Our Team Members have been meeting with municipalities and investors and BOSS has discussions going in Guatemala, Ecuador and Peru, as well as here in the US in Florida and Arizona.
In July, BOSS formed Alliance Global Energy Solutions, LLC (AGES), the Division of BOSS that will handle the Marketing & Sales and operation of the Florida Facility. We are seeking investors for Business and project development.
January 2018
We have selected a building site in Fort Pierce, Florida and spent December designing the Operational/Demonstration Facility.
We then brought on Ray Alfini as one of our "Team Members"; a Professional Engineer to guide us with Feasibility Studies other engineering issues.
November 2017
We are proud to announce that BOSS is now a global Marketing Company for Dynamis Energy technologies, with an expanded Distributorship agreement.
We are now entertaining the idea of building an Operational/Demonstration Facility utilizing the Dynamis and other Renewable Energy Savings Technologies that we currently offer.
Also this month, BOSS is happy for the addition of our new CFO, Richard Doherty to our team. He comes to us with almost 27 years of experience with a background in banking, insurance and investments. We look forward to a long relationship.

This month our team was invited to Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City Florida to witness a Live Test Run of the Dynamis Energy "Waste Station" the unit with 3 primary and one secondary has the capacity to process 6 ton per day of waste. It was a fascinating and very informative experience. Gene and three guests witnessed the live test of the three primary and one secondary Waste Station in operation. We were quite impressed with the live testing of the emission control system and the extremely clean flue gas analysis.
