HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Welcome to a New Year and the start of a New Decade!
We here at BOSS are excited to be entering this new year, and in the start of this new decade, we've recognized new opportunities to expand our business and do our part in making this a cleaner and healthier planet.
We spent most of the past 2 years researching, developing new relationships, and planning upcoming projects. We are now anxious to finalize and share what is to come.
BOSS Alliance is pleased to announce our Dealership Agreement with ROCKGLASS, which was finalized and signed just this week. ROCKGLASS, a glass glazing product, is a great addition to the team of technologies we offer and we look forward to a successful relationship with them.
BOSS has now set plans in motion for the funding of a $40MM three-facility Medical Waste management/disposal project, with locations in Texas, Arizona and Kansas. We expect to have more information about this in the very near future.
The company is also in the planning/design stage for a large scale 100 megawatt Waste to Energy Plant (WtE), and a Medical Waste Disposal facility, the "Operational/Demonstration Facility" (Facility) that will demonstrate the conversion of Medical Waste into Clean-Green-Energy, and where we will also display multiple energy; generation technologies, storage, management and delivery solutions. The Facility and the WtE Plant will be located in Mississippi. More news on that to come in Spring.
As we step ahead into this promising future, we want to wish everyone a safe, healthy, and peaceful 2022.
