BOSS NorThe Inc. has an executed, conditional, Term Sheet funding of $48 MM (100% funding) for the development of three Waste to Energy Facilities, the "Project".
BOSS NorThe Inc. is seeking a $12 MM as a Security - Cash Deposit, the Deposit will be banked and held for 36 months, then fully returned to depositor. The $12 MM Cash Deposit satisfies the funding conditions of the Term Sheet.
The Cash Depositor will be offered an opportunity to participate in the Project as an Investor, Partner or ... for the financial support given in fulfilling the Term Sheet funding condition.
The Project:
Three Medical Waste Management facilities and waste disposal Facilities. The three Facilities are planned for Oklahoma, Arizona, and Kansas.
The Funding:
Funding will be used for the acquisition of land, equipment, and the business assets of an existing Waste Management and Disposal company in Oklahoma. The Arizona and Kansas facilities will be new developments to include land acquisition, infrastructure, equipment purchase/lease,, and supplies.
The Financials:
The financial model for the 3 Facilities shows the funding repaid within 8 years.
The projected cash flow shows positive cash flow within the first 3 years with a substantial Internal Rate of Return.
The Need:
The strong correlation between the need for cleaner green energy options, the ever-increasing world population and the governmental need to produce this energy, bodes well for BOSS. The ongoing steadily advancing population growth forces municipalities to deal with not only energy issues but waste disposal problems as well.
Waste to Energy:
BOSS Alliance LLC is in an early-stage development for 2 Waste to Energy Plants (WtE) in Mississippi a 50-megawatt WtE plant & a 100-megawatt WtE plant.
Huge landfills that are poisoning groundwater and which are extremely unstable, exist worldwide; the problems created will only worsen if we do not solve the issues that create them.
