Huge landfills that are poisoning groundwater, and which are extremely unstable, exist worldwide. Problems such as these can exist anywhere if we do not solve the issues that create them.

Medical Waste Management and Disposal:
We are seeking a $8 MM Debt, Equity funder/investor(s) to participate in an 80% Debt & 20% Equity/Debt or combination funding program for three Medical Waste management and waste disposal Facilities. The three Facilities will be located in Texas*, Arizona and
Kansas.
Boss has an LOI from a funding source for the 80% Debt funding. The 20% secures the 80% funding. The source for the 20% may be an angel investor(s), private investors and/or institutional or private lenders. The funding will be used for the acquisition of land, equipment, and the business assets of an existing Texas Waste Management and Disposal company. The Arizona and Kansas facilities will be new developments to include, land acquisition, infrastructure, equipment purchase/lease, and supplies.
The business model for the 3 Facilities shows the 20% funding can be repaid within 5 years, with interest, and a positive yield.
*Texas business acquisition under contract.
Waste to Energy:
BOSS Alliance LLC is currently in an early-stage development for 2 Waste to Energy Plants (WtE) in Mississippi a 50-megawatt WtE plant & a 100-megawatt WtE plant.
Financial Business Model:
BOSS’s core business model as the Project Developer and BOSS utilizing the best combination of multiple technologies i.e., waste management, waste conversion to energy, energy generation, energy storage and energy management all within one project, therefore maximizing the efficiency and higher profit margins and better returns for investors in each project.
