DECEMBER 2020
2020 was a year that will be remembered for years to come, both for the wonderful business opportunities that have been put in front of us, and then sadly, for the losses of family and friends in both lives and businesses due to the Covid 19 illness and restrictions caused by it. BOSS has been fortunate so far, to be in a position to continue to manage our business while socially distancing, making use of emails and ZOOM meetings; those not so fortunate are in our prayers.
The year brought us much in partnerships that have been strengthened, new businesses we have been introduced to and an abundance of wonderful people who entered our lives. We look forward now to moving into a new year with a great potential of growth and the forward movement of projects that we have been building on.
We have once again looked at changing locations of our future Operational/Demonstration site and are now looking at the possiblilty of building an Industrial site in Mississippi. The Gulf Coast is "recreating itself" so to speak, and we have been offered a great opportunity to be a part of that.
We have made some changes this year and have invited a great friend and business associate to come aboard as our new CFO. More on that in the New Year!
March 2019
2019 came at us like a bullet with the promise of an active and profitable year. Our Team is aggressively researching projects across the globe. We are in discussions now with Ecuador for a 2-ton waste destructor and with Chile for an 80-100 MW solar farm.
After extensive travel and research by our team, BOSS recently shifted plans for our Operational/Demonstration Facility and has decided to take a closer look at the state of Georgia. We hope to have a site chosen before the end of the year.
The team will be traveling back to the Republic of Guatemala in the near future for further consultations regarding Guatemala’s waste management and energy requirements and expect to start negotiations on a project there this year.
New to Team BOSS this year, we welcome Dr Mitch Roffer and John Paparone who bring tremendous International and Maritime experience to our company.
